This light refreshing lager is brewed with organic pilsner malt and Wapsie Valley corn from Valley Malt. This beer boasts strong flavors and aroma of sweet corn with a touch of honey that lays nicely with a light bitterness
Our beer is inspired and driven by the plot of earth we call home—an organic hop, fruit and vegetable farm named Flatwater Farms. Seasonal produce, the freshest of hops, and other foraged and found edibles on the land provide the palette of ingredients or brewing team work with in crafting our wide range of beer and cider.
